We ask for a $400 deposit for your puppy. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE This deposit is to HOLD your puppy. It keeps another family from taking the puppy that you want. You have forfeited the money if you decide that you do not want the puppy. This helps for the lost of sale that might have occurred if you did not place a HOLD. The remaining balance is due BEFORE the puppy is taken home.
PUPPIES MUST BE COMPLETELY PAID FOR IN FULL BEFORE THEY ARE TO BE TAKEN HOME.
Payment arrangements can be made. Just call and talk to us.
We will do checks with a 15 day clearance period, USPS money order, paypal (but you will have to add 3% to payment. This is a paypal charge, not ours.) and of course, cash.
Shipping:
We will ship puppies. ONLY WHEN THE WEATHER PERMITS! Ownership of puppy will be transferred to you as soon as the puppy is shipped. We will expect a call JUST AS SOON AS YOU RECIEVE YOUR PUPPY!
Shipping is an extra cost of $300-$500 depending on how you would like the puppy shipped. This includes Ground (us driving no more than 3 hours one way) and Air.
If the puppy is being shipped via ground or air, then puppy will come in an approved crate, food and water. Health certificates are a must when shipping over state lines.
All papers that have to remain with the puppy during flight, will be with the puppy, and the rest of the paperwork will be sent via signature delivery. This ensures me that you have received the paperwork.
Northwest, and American will be the airlines used from Tulsa OK. They do not allow puppies to be shipped if the temperature is over 70 degrees F. So shipping puppy via flight might take a few days. Connecting flights cannot be over 70 degrees either. Just be aware of this dilemma that shipping by air can cause.
